These Terms and Conditions apply to the Senciyes mobile application, web application, and any related services operated by Senciyes LLC (collectively, the “Application”). Throughout these Terms, “Senciyes LLC” is referred to as the “Service Provider.”

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Application.

1. User-Generated Content

Senciyes allows users to create, upload, save, organize and share recipes, food groups, meal plans, grocery lists and other content (“User Content”).

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, and ownership of any User Content they submit. By uploading content to the Application, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it.
• The content does not infringe upon any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party.
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. License to Use User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Application.

By submitting User Content, you grant the Service Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute and make available such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Application and its features.

You may remove your content at any time, subject to reasonable technical limitations and backup retention procedures.

3. Recipe and Food Disclaimer

Recipes, meal plans, ingredient information, nutritional information, cooking instructions, and other food-related content available through the Application are provided for informational purposes only.

Cooking results may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:

• Ingredient quality and substitutions
• Cooking equipment and appliances
• Environmental conditions
• Individual skill and experience levels

Users are responsible for evaluating recipes, food safety practices, ingredient suitability, allergens, and dietary restrictions before preparing or consuming any food.

4. Assumption of Risk

Your use of recipes, meal plans, cooking instructions, ingredient recommendations, and any other content available through the Application is at your own risk.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, foodborne illness, property damage, financial loss, or other damages resulting from the preparation, consumption, or use of any content made available through the Application.

5. Food Allergies, Dietary Restrictions, and Nutritional Information

The Application may contain recipes, ingredient information, nutritional estimates, dietary labels, allergen information, AI-generated recommendations, meal plans, and other food-related content.

The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any nutritional information, allergen warnings, dietary classifications, ingredient lists, substitutions, or food recommendations available through the Application.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all ingredients before preparing or consuming food.
• Verifying allergen information and potential cross-contamination risks.
• Determining whether recipes, ingredients, or recommendations are appropriate for their dietary needs, medical conditions, allergies, intolerances, religious requirements, or personal preferences.
• Consulting qualified healthcare professionals when necessary.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, dietary issues, health complications, foodborne illnesses, adverse effects, or other damages arising from the use of recipes, recommendations, nutritional information, or other food-related content available through the Application.

Any nutritional values, dietary labels, allergen indicators, or ingredient analyses provided by the Application should be considered estimates only and should not be relied upon as medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

6. Age Requirement

The Application is intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

By creating an account or using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or permit participation from individuals under the age of 18. If the Service Provider becomes aware that an account belongs to a person under 18 years of age, the account and any associated content may be suspended or removed without notice.

Parents, guardians, or other individuals may not create accounts on behalf of minors unless expressly authorized by the Service Provider.

7. Community Features, Exchanges and User Interactions

The Application may include features that allow users to interact, share content, exchange information or participate in events with other users.

Users agree not to:

• Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Violate the rights of other users.
• Use the Application for spam, unauthorized advertising or commercial solicitation.

The Service Provider reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Application may provide features that allow users to share, exchange, donate, request, offer, purchase, sell, deliver, receive or otherwise interact regarding food, ingredients, meals, groceries, household items, services or other resources.

Senciyes acts solely as a technology platform that facilitates communication and connections between users. The Service Provider is not a party to any agreement, transaction, exchange, donation, purchase, sale, delivery, pickup or interaction between users.

The Service Provider does not verify, inspect, guarantee, endorse, certify or assume responsibility for:

• The identity of any user.
• The quality, freshness, safety, legality, or condition of any food, ingredient, meal, product, or item.
• Compliance with food safety regulations or health requirements.
• The accuracy of descriptions, listings, or representations made by users.
• The completion of any exchange, transaction, delivery, pickup, or agreement between users.

Users participate in community exchanges and interactions entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for evaluating the safety, legality, suitability and reliability of any transaction or interaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, foodborne illness, contamination, property damage, theft, fraud, dispute, financial loss, personal injury or any other damages arising from or related to interactions or transactions between users.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations relating to food preparation, food distribution, product sales, transportation, donations, and consumer protection.

The Service Provider reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, restrict, suspend, or remove any community activity, listing, exchange, or account that may violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

The Service Provider may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Application at its sole discretion, including when users violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the Application, its users or its reputation.

The Service Provider may remove, modify, retain, or delete User Content as necessary for operational, legal, security or moderation purposes.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Application may contain links to third-party websites, services, products or content.

The Service Provider does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Users access third-party services at their own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, branding, software, logos, graphics, text and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on any part of the Application.

11. Sharing Content

Users may share links to recipes, meal plans, and other publicly available content through social media or other platforms.

When sharing content originating from the Application, users are encouraged to provide attribution to Senciyes whenever reasonably possible.

12. Subscription Services

Certain features of the Application may be offered through paid subscriptions now or in the future.

Subscription pricing, billing terms, renewal policies and cancellation procedures will be disclosed separately at the time of purchase and will form part of these Terms.

13. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Recommendations

The Application may provide features powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning, automation, or other computational systems. These features may include, but are not limited to:

• Recipe generation and modification.
• Recipe imports from third-party sources.
• Ingredient recognition and analysis.
• Meal plan creation.
• Grocery list generation.
• Ingredient substitutions.
• Nutritional estimates.
• Food recommendations.
• Community content suggestions.
• Any other automated recommendations or generated content.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Such content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, inappropriate, or contain errors, omissions, or incorrect assumptions.

The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, safety, legality, nutritional validity, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

Users are solely responsible for independently reviewing, verifying, and evaluating any information, recommendation, recipe, ingredient, substitution, meal plan, nutritional estimate, or other content generated by AI before relying upon it or taking any action based on it.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, allergic reaction, financial loss, dietary issue, cooking failure, food safety issue, or any other consequence arising from the use of or reliance upon AI-generated content.

AI-generated content does not constitute professional, medical, nutritional, legal, or other expert advice and should not be relied upon as such.

14. Availability of Service

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Application.

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

16. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be made available through the Application or associated websites.

Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Senciyes LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
